Samek Art Gallery - Exhibit schedule for year-round events featuring some of today’s most celebrated artists. The Campus Theater - One of 16 remaining single-screen Art Deco movie palaces in America is less than a block away!
The Union County Historical Society - With an extensive library, as well as walking-tour maps and brochures detailing local historic sites, tourists can immerse themselves in the local culture and traditions while learning all about the surrounding area. The Packwood House Museum - Originally a flourishing inn and tavern, it is now filled with fine artwork, furnishings, and the best of central Pennsylvania’s artifacts. The Slifer House Museum - This 1862 Tuscan-style Victorian mansion was home to Eli Slifer, a famous Pennsylvanian politician. The Victorian gift shop is a one of a kind! The Mifflinburg Buggy Museum - Located just 15 minutes West in the nearby town of Mifflinburg, it was once the buggy capital of the state, producing 6,000 buggies a year.
